 Renowned guitarist John Mills will be playing at the Angles Theatre, Wisbech, Cambs, England. 8pm.
A highly regarded performer both in Britain and overseas, John Mills has been giving recitals since 1964. Originally largely self-taught, he later came under the guidance of three of the world's greatest players, Segovia, Julian Bream, and John Williams.
After graduating from the Royal College of Music in 1969, he set about developing a career with London recitals at the Wigmore Hall, and elsewhere, then in 1972 made his first over-seas tour in Canada. Since then he has made well over two dozen visits to North America, and is a frequent visitor to Scandinavia, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
He curently holds a number teaching appointments at a number of institutions.
