 Bigceglie is the city in Italy that will host the 5th International Mauro Giuliani Guitar Festival - one of the biggest guitar festivals Europe. The festival will take place from July 23th to 27th 2003.

Highlights of the festival include:
- 6 Concerts
- more than 150 individual lessons for solo, duo, ensemble
- 2 lectures
- Jose Ramirez Young Players Competition
During the Master Classes the teachers will select three seminarists that will play during the final concert on 27th of July (free choice program, 12 minutes maximum). The winner will receive a RAMIREZ 4E PLUS Roberto Fabbri Signature with a professional case VGV (total value 3000 Euro) and will have the opportunity to play a solo concert at the 6th Festival Giuliani 2004.
