ImageHow about news that's not the usual classical guitar type?

Well, I typed in the usual www.classicalguitarnews.com on my browser today only to find that the site has been hacked. Well, it was a bit of a panic at first. But, all's well now. Site is now fully restored.

It does puzzle me that a free classical guitar community website that is operated by labor of love should be a target of a hacker. Don't you find that weird? At the most it would have been compromised for perhaps less than 6 hours, but still that's irritating.

Never mind, the site is back and it goes on.

The good news is that the hacking was merely superficial, de-facing the frontpage. No data was compromised. Security has been strengthened.

Do you know what it says? If you do, please let me know. Thanks.

The site should be fully restored now. If you encounter any problems, feel free to contact me.

If you run a website yourself, remember to take regular backups, daily ones if possible.
